Fixed braces or traditional metal braces (Train tracks)  are a very common and well-known method of straightening teeth.

Small metal brackets are bonded to the teeth, an orthodontic wire is then placed and small elastic ties are used to secure the wire into place. The wires gently move over the course of treatment to move your teeth into alignment.

Fixed metal braces can be suitable for a wide range of orthodontic issues, however, treatment lengths will vary for each individual case.
